I called Redline Air Conditioning a few days ago, after my unit quit cooling. Redline showed up exactly at the time scheduled and on the same day I called them. My unit was 18 years old and after Brian looked at it...he pointed out the many issues he discovered. The coils in the attic had a significant block of ice that had formed across the inlet. I had a pan full of water due to one one of my drain lines being completely clogged, an air filter in the attic that I didn't even know existed and finally a compressor that needed replacement.

I was provided a quote within 2 hours and the unit, including a new pan, coils and compressor were replaced within 24 hours. They also replaced an 18 year old thermostat with a new one at no charge.

They were excellent and I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that needs service or a new unit.! They are locally owned with a father / son team ...plus excellent technicians. They are located in the Bulverde, Texas area.

We're basically clueless when it comes to maintaining our HVAC system, but Redline makes it so easy! They service our AC systems every summer and winter, and they just cleaned out our dryer vent - apparently that is something homeowners are supposed to do on a regular basis. They are prompt, friendly, and always go the extra mile! This summer our kitchen AC went out when I was 8 months pregnant with TWINS, and the heat was sweltering.
