I am concerned thermostat was set to 76 for sleep but it's stock on 80 I think he needs to come back as it's not unprogrammed

We've always had great experiences with Redline! We recently had an A/C problem just hours before needing to leave town and they were able to get someone here to look at it within 15 min! They have always been so helpful and take the time to explain everything they're doing.

I want to commend Redline, especially Sam and Shawn for helping my daughter, son-in-law, and me get some repairs done last week to sell her house. Sam was extremely professional and prompt. I appreciated that he was honest and there was no upselling involved. He definitely worked to keep a loyal customer.
