- Check the thermostat for functional operation and basic calibration
- Thoroughly inspect the condensing coil(s) and wash
- Thoroughly clean or replace one standard size 1″ air filter
- Inspect and tighten and test accessible electrical connections
- Inspect and treat condensation drain lines and pumps if equipped with access fittings
- Inspect cooling system electrical wires, controls, contactors, motors, and fans
- Check for proper temperature drop
- Monitor and record the refrigerant pressures and temperatures
