Our annual maintenance program helps you save money on costly repairs and protects your home or facilities from unexpected air conditioning and heating issues. These bi-annual checkups in many cases give the property owner or management assurance of when an issue might become a problem and, in many cases, when it may become an issue. What's Included in an A/C Tune-Up?
- Check thermostat for functional operation and basic calibration
- Thoroughly inspect condensing coil(s) and wash
- Thoroughly clean or replace one standard size 1″ air filter
- Inspect and tighten and test accessible electrical connections
- Inspect and treat condensation drain lines and pumps if equipped with access fittings
- Inspect cooling system electrical wires, controls, contactors, motors, and fans
- Check for proper temperature drop
- Monitor and record the refrigerant pressures and temperatures
- Complete written report and make any necessary recommendations
- Advise customer of ways to save money on their utilities, protect their property and create a healthier environment for their home or business
What's Included in a Heating Tune-Up?
- Check thermostat for functional operation and basic calibration
- Thorough safety inspection of heat exchanger, remove blower section if needed
- Inspect burners and ignition process
- Thoroughly clean or replace one standard size 1″ air filter
- Test all controls, safeties, switches, relays, transformers, contactors, motors, and fans
- Inspect and tighten and test accessible electrical connections
- Inspect flame sensor, ignitor or pilot assembly
- Test for proper temperature rise
- Continuous monitoring of Carbon Monoxide during inspection present
- Complete full written report with any necessary recommendations
- Advise customer of ways to save money on their utilities, protect their property and create a healthier environment for their home or business
